I have lived in Kelowna for 18 years, and never have I seen bicycle theft in this city as rampant as it has been this summer.
Not only have I heard many stories about stolen bikes, but I had yet another stolen about a week ago.
So, I bought another and made a quick stop on the way home. Then, lo and behold, it's gone.
Didn't even make it home. Ridiculous!
