You're in my spot!

The picture above was taken July 8, just before 3 p.m.

This is typical of what the disabled face on a daily basis. Ignorant people thinking they deserve to park anywhere they want, and to hell with the rest of us.

My wife had a stroke four years ago, and I am also disabled. Having to deal with disabilities is bad enough, but people who think they are above everyone else makes me very angry.

Since paid parking went in at Gyro Beach, Rotary Beach has become way more busy.

I had to get my wife out of her chair and walk her past this moron’s vehicle. Also, there is only one disabled spot at this end of the beach, and many times it’s taken by someone with no disabled permit.

Come on, Kelowna, you can do better!
