I have watched minimum wages go up many times over many years, and it doesn't appear to address the big picture.
Why not change the tax rules so these minimum wage people pay zero income tax?
This would help them the most, and it would also support businesses that hire them.
Plus, they wouldn't need as much help from food banks, etc.
