There's a lot of talking about bikes versus cars.
Every time I fill my car with gas, part of that money goes towards the upkeep of the roads, the same as when I pay for my insurance, registration, my plates and my property insurance.
So, all those bike lanes are being paid for by people who drive cars.
Why not make cyclists pay a yearly fee and have a little plate on their bikes if they are going to ride on the roads?
They would be held more accountable for their actions. They wouldn’t be so anonymous, either.
