A Telus representative came to my door on holiday Monday to offer me "a free gift, because you've been awesome."
Well, that's what the handout states.
She was also hoping to sell that product (fibre optics hookup) Telus has been digging up our streets for in preparation for its new network.
Imagine my surprise when I found that Telus had already installed their box onto my house and went under to prepare the cable for hook up.
They did so without permission to attach it to my new siding I spent thousand of dollars to have installed last year.
Why does Telus have a right to deface my home and trespass onto my property?
A notice or permission would have settled this issue, but now I'm steaming mad.
And what did this representative have to say about the unauthorized installation? "It matches your siding."
