Sex Offenders Have The Advantage

What kind of backwards society endangers the safety and rights of children to accomodate the behavior of sex offenders and pedophiles? Is this what the Charter of Rights and Freedoms was intended for? Sex offenders should not be allowed to prowl our streets without the locals knowing who they are - the balance should not be tipped in their favour indeed, the balance of favour should be tipped on the side of the innocent - why is that so hard for our society to grasp? It's not as complicated as our courts and politicians are making it out to be. In my opinion, the courts and our political leaders have let us down and should be held accountable for repeat sex offenders plying their sick trade on innocent children - shame on them all.
