Every vote meaningful

I was shocked when I read the letter titled voting age. The right to vote cannot not be based on money, or as said "significant tax dollars" That is not Canada, or the Canada I want.

The 16 and or 18 year old's should not be excluded from voting based on where they are now but the direction of the country they want to see in the future.

There are a great many Canadians who pay little or no tax, do you eliminate them as well? They could be on financial assistance, disability, unemployed, or many other situations.

Every vote is meaningful and counts the same.
