I have no problem at all with a proposed development in West Kelowna’s Casa Loma area! Would be great and I would buy there!+
Question I have is, why staff would be spending 5 minutes reviewing the project until it is removed from the ALR?
According to our Mayor, staff is overwhelmed with real and legitimate proposals! (way understaffed he says). Why waste time on a property that is in the land land freeze and according to information from the ALR, has never been formally asked for removal!
You can't rezone a property in the ALR.
