That is exactly what happened to us as well. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac in Wilden. Not only did the plow operator block our driveway in leaving up to 3 feet of compacted snow but the entire end of the cul-de-sac is a mess with plenty of snow left in the middle.
I hope the City becomes aware of these independent contractors who seem to want to get “the job” done as quickly as possible to earn their contract dollars but who do a lousy job of it. If these guys can’t do it right get someone who is consciences enough to do a proper job.
I am 70 years old and it took 2 hours of hard shovelling to get our driveway and the first 15 feet of the street in front of the driveway clear in order that we could come and go.
