CRA phone scam

I had a call from 613 703 7691, the person named Adam Kilian claimed to be from the CRA. He gave me a case number #CF74169 and an ID number 4947. He stated that I owed $5,479 for an outstanding GST payment. The GST was owing as they had done an audit from 2012 to 2016 and found irregularities in the return.

He told me to go buy a Federal Card Voucher at 7/11 and then arrange to have this payment picked up by a CRA agent that would meet me. If I hung up the phone or disconnected there would be a policeman come to arrest me and charge me with a criminal act of fraud against the government. 

At one point I had to call him back and I got a reply that the person using Magicjack was not available. Magicjack is a cell phone app. He also threatened me with a fine from the CRA of $75,000 if I did not comply. It was very convincing and he knew enough to sound like a real agent. I asked him for details as to why this amount had not been sent to me via email, or mail or to my accountant. He told me if I gave him my email address then he would send the documentation. He did not have my GST number, PST Number or CRA Income tax business number.

I was on the phone for over 1 hour with him and he told me several times he was just doing his job and trying to prevent me from receiving a criminal charge or have me go down to the courthouse and response to the criminal charges against me. Please be aware of any calls like this happening in Kelowna.
