There appears to be a significant city council disconnect in regards to addressing the reality of a homeless crisis in Kelowna.
Ignoring or simply sidestepping the issue just wont last.
Please Council it's time to step up to the plate and get involved with partnering, assisting, walk alongside or whatever it takes to help provide an additional shelter facility in Kelowna.
