I applaud you for your acceptance of the dangers of smoking. I commend you for being a considerate smoker. (There aren't too many out there.) I hope you use your ashtray when you are smoking in your car. I quit 11 years ago, it was VERY TOUGH, but it was the best thing I ever did!
I have a comment though. If you are determined to continue smoking and harm yourself, that is your choice. BUT it is not my choice to pay the medical bills for smokers who become ill due to there chosen habit, If you want to smoke, then, if you get sick due to smoking, maybe the medical bill should be put back on you, since again, you are an adult and that is your choice to smoke. If you can afford to smoke, you can afford to pay a little more for your medical.
