After many career years in a real estate industry that was always very well regulated I was still pleased to see a Superintendent appointed.
As an agent, I found that the office of the Real Estate council was responsive and supportive when any questions arose that could not be handled at the MLS level. However the last few years in the Lower Mainland many problems have been created, presented, and in some cases I believe overstated in the media.
I have been retired for several years, but always interested in an industry that certainly was good to myself and my family.
Let us now return to what I always felt was a professional and highly regarded part of our economic community.
