Save the rail bed

I think it’s of great importance to save this rail bed so it can be used for a pathway between Kelowna and Vernon.  My vote is to make it a bike/walking pathway.  It is needed!  There are not enough places to bike and there is no way to bike between the two cities without putting one’s life in danger.  I think it would be great for both cities and for tourism as well.
