Police Telemarketers

Phone solicitation comes in a lot of forms.

Kelowna RCMP have been getting a lot of calls from the public lately about an organization called the Canadian Professional Police Association or (CPPA).

The group is asking for financial donations and has it's head office in Ottawa.

The RCMP says it is not affiliated in any way with the CPPA and adds the group does not provide any financial support to police services or programs in the Kelowna area.
