Kelowna Beer Institute holding fundraiser for HOPE Outreach

Now's the chance to have a beer and help less fortunate people at the same time.

Kelowna Beer Institute is hosting a Craft Beer Bingo event on Tuesday where they will be donating 100% of the $20 ticket price and $1 from every pint sold goes to HOPE Outreach.

HOPE does nighttime outreach in Kelowna and Vernon, bringing much-needed water, blankets and other critical supplies to people experiencing homelessness.

There will be non-alcoholic beverages and food for the tea totallers who still want to help.

Bingo goes from 6 p.m. and wraps up around 8:30 p.m., but the event will carry on until 10 p.m.
