You can win big and help children with a Season of Giving Prize Calendar

Win the Season of Giving

Hurry, time is ticking to buy a Season of Giving prize calendar is support of Kelowna General Hospital’s neonatal ICU and the Child Advocacy Centre.

The initiative, organized by the Kelowna Rotary Sunrise Club has launched its second annual holiday calendar with a goal of raising $250,000.

Community members have until November 27th, 2022 to purchase a calendar.

A total of ten-thousand calendars are for sale at $20 each with 202 prizes valued at $63,000 up for grabs.

Working like an advent calendar, each day you open a window on the calendar to see what prizes are available to win.

A number will be drawn daily for each prize, and if your number matches, you win. The winning numbers for each prize will be announced daily online.

“Last year with the amazing support from the community we were able to sell out and meet our fundraising goal of $125,000,” said president of Kelowna Sunrise Rotary Randall Bamford.

“This year we hope to raise $250,000, and of course this wouldn't be possible without the generous support from our 39 local sponsors, and 73 gift donors and the people and businesses who purchase the calendars. Help us support youth in our community, the NICU ward at KGH, Child Advocacy Centre and other community projects.”

Printed calendars, with artwork designed by local artist Dale Dirks, can be purchased at Save-On-Foods in Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country as well as at the KGH gift shop. Pop-up sales will be occurring throughout October and November at Okanagan Sun Games, Rockets Games and craft fairs.

Digital calendars can be purchased at Kelowna Sunrise Rotary Club website, seasonofgivingcalendar.ca.
