The police incident appears to be related to a motorcycle crash.
Evidence markers are on the pavement near a crashed motorcycle.
The extent of any injuries for the rider or a cause of the crash is not known at this time.
Police have no comment for Castanet at this time, but say a media release will soon be available.

A police incident has blocked off Garner Road in Kelowna’s Black Mountain neighbourhood.
A photo sent to Castanet shows evidence markers are down on the roadway.
No details were immediately available but a reporter is en route.
