A Calgary company that earlier this year submitted development plans to the City of Kelowna for a pair of six-storey residential buildings in McKinley Beach has added another one to the fold.
Davignon Martin Architecture has applied for a development permit application for a six-storey, multi-family building at 1870 Hilltop Cres.
The company in August submitted a development permit application for two buildings at 1830 Hilltop Cres. that would consist of commercial space and a combined 120 residential units.
The latest proposal would consist of 62 units and 85 parking stalls.
The proposal will not be seen by council until at least after this month’s municipal election.
