Most benchmark home prices have been falling for the last few months, so the Okanagan chapter of the Urban Development Institute is gathering experts later this month to talk about the state of the real estate market.
The UDI luncheon will take place on Thursday, Sept. 29, at noon at Coast Capri Hotel. It will feature a forum of four local market experts, including Richard Deacon of Engel & Volkers Okanagan, Jeff Hudson of HM Commercial Group, Joe Ungaro of Royal Lepage and Shane Styles of Epic Real Estate Solutions.
UDI board chair Luke Turri will facilitate the forum and ask questions of the panel members, who will discuss recent trends, the state of the condominium market, existing housing stock, and both commercial and industrial land.
