The recovery of a missing man who went into Okanagan Lake and did not resurface has now reached day five.
The man, a tourist, entered the water from a pontoon boat in the McKinley Landing area around 5 p.m. on August 26 and wasn't seen again.
Kelowna RCMP media relations officer Mike Della-Paolera said the Underwater Recovery Team arrived Monday, but has yet to locate the individual.
"Unfortunately there is nothing to report, still searching," Della-Paolera said.
Central Okanagan Search and Rescue spent the previous three days searching the water.
"Our search has been paused with the RCMP taking over. Our boat will be available if they need us," said COSAR manager Duane Tresnich.
This is the tenth drowning in the Thompson-Okanagan this summer and the fifth in Okanagan Lake.
