The Okanagan saw another spectacular thunderstorm on Friday night.
For the second night in a row, thunder and lightning struck the valley, as predicted by weather forecasters, which say we should see sun for the rest of the weekend.
Amateur photographers were again out capturing the show. These are some of the most dramatic images of the night’s storm.

Residents should be vigilant in the days ahead, as lightning strikes can take multiple days to develop into a wildfire. You can report a wildfire by calling 1 800 663-5555 (or *5555 from a cellphone) or use the Report of Fire function on the BC Wildfire Service app, which also allows you to upload photos.
