The month of May has brought unseasonably cool temperatures, but according to Environment Canada, warmer weather is on the way.
"It has been below normal for the entire province and including the Okanagan. We had this cold upper-low that was over the Pacific and was stalled and so that kept us into this exceptionally cool and wet pattern for this time of year," said meteorologist for Environment Canada Philippe-Alain Bergeron.
Monday will see a high of 22 C with a mix of sun and cloud.
Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a high of 21 C.
Wednesday looks like the nicest day of the week with a high of 26 C and sunshine.
Thursday will stay warm with a high of 25 C and cloudy periods.
Rain is in the forecast for the weekend.
Friday and Saturday will see a high of 22 C with a 60 per cent chance of showers.
