According to Environment Canada, the Okanagan will see a mixed bag of weather this week, with temperatures rising to the seasonal average by Friday.

"We will see a real improvement in temperatures towards the end of the week. Friday, Saturday and even into Sunday, daytime highs will get back into the mid-teens and then overnight lows around 4 C so that seems warm, but it is funny because normals for this time of year are highs of 16 C so it just shows how cool we have been," said Environment Canada's Dave Wray.

Monday will see scattered showers most of the day with a high of 10 C.

Tuesday will see sunshine and a high of 11 C.

More sun is in the forecast for Wednesday with a high of 13 C.

Thursday will reach a high of 14 C with scattered showers.

Friday and Saturday will feel mild.

On both days Environment Canada forecasts a high of 17 C and a mix of sun and cloud.
