A large industrial building has been proposed for the Kelowna Airport Business Park.
Burnaby’s Beedie Development Group wants to build Stratosphere Business Centre, which would be located at 2050 Pier Mac Way, bordering Circuit Road to the south and Quail Ridge Boulevard to the west.
The development would consist of two buildings and 13 units totalling more than 144,000 square feet of space. Building A, whose offices would face Circuit Road to the south, would feature 44,600 square feet of industrial space and nearly 25,000 square feet of office area.
The second building, whose offices would face north, would have nearly 50,000 square feet of industrial space and just less than 25,000 square feet for offices.
There are 202 parking spaces included in the proposal.
