An accident on the corner of Clement Avenue and Clifton Road has led to high police presence and delays in the area.

The two-vehicle accident occurred some time after 3 p.m on Clement Avenue, and a vehicle is blocking the right-hand lane. The other vehicle involved in the crash has not yet been located. It is believed the other driver involved may have fled the scene.

Castanet received a tip from a reader, stating police are stopping traffic as drivers make their way up Clifton Road by Magic Estates. Police vehicles and dogs are said to be searching the area.
