Dog with no eyes, needs help

A dog that has lost both of its eyes is in need of some help.

The pup named Zeva, who is under the care of Paws it Forward, a not-for-profit organization that cares for unwanted dogs says Zeva lost her sight due to glaucoma.

Glaucoma is a group of eye conditions that damage the optic nerve, the health of which is vital for good vision.

This damage is often caused by abnormally high pressure in your eye.

Zeva is under the care of the Fairfield Animal Hospital in Kelowna but has a long road to recovery.

"We are raising funds to help pay for Zeva's surgery and aftercare," a Facebook post said. If you would like to donate, click here.
