UPDATE 8:09 a.m.

FortisBC has now restored power to all customers experiencing a power outage in the Dilworth area of Kelowna.

The cause of the outage has been attributed to equipment damage.

ORIGINAL 6:15 a.m.

Some homes in Kelowna's Dilworth Mountain area are without power Thursday morning.

The FortisBC outage map indicates 489 customers are without power between Glenmore Rd. and Harvey Ave.
