Chamber surveying businesses amid pandemic

Checking pulse of business

The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce wants to see how businesses are faring during these unprecedented times.

As businesses get up and running after what, for many, was a two-month shutdown due to COVID-19, the local chamber is conducting a "pulse check" of the business community.

The survey is designed to determine how the needs of businesses and business owners have evolved.

"The survey will take five to seven minutes of your time to complete and your input is invaluable as we provide insight to government on the most pressing impacts you are experiencing," the chamber stated in a newsletter to chamber members.

"This information will also inform ongoing recommendations to government and, perhaps more importantly, help track the effectiveness of government programs and initiatives."

The survey closes Monday, July 13.
