Plans unveiled for 32 more housing units at Kuipers Peak

Dilworth Homes is looking to build out 32 more homes on Kuipers Peak in the Upper Mission.

The company submitted a development permit application earlier this week.

Dubbed Kuipers Peak at South Ridge, if approved by council, the project would include 15 buildings, 13 duplexes and two triplexes on Kuipers Crescent.

The property is surrounded by a large neighbourhood featuring mostly single family homes.

It is situated just west of Kuipers Peak Park, and in close proximity to Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park.

Plans include both two, and three level homes.

Planning department staff will review the application before bring it to council.
