A city transit bus was involved in three-car collision

A three-vehicle crash at Harvey and Ellis is slowing traffic in Kelowna's downtown area.

The collision involved two cars and a city transit bus.

One witness, on the bus at the time of the collision, says the bus was turning left onto the highway when he heard a loud thump.

An eyewitness told Castanet the white Jeep was apparently attempting a right turn onto Ellis when the vehicle collided with the bus.

A third vehicle was also involved, a red sedan.

No word on injuries.
