A North Okanagan man has been charged after police in Kelowna seized trafficking quantities of illicit drugs during an arrest Wednesday.
Drug section members of the Kelowna RCMP Street Enforcement Unit arrested the suspect about 2:30 p.m. in a parking lot on the 2100 block of Springfield Road.
Officers seized quantities of suspected cocaine, heroin and fentanyl, thousands of dollars in cash and items consistent with drug trafficking.
Vincent Dean Lyons, 29, has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and faces additional potential charges.
