Truck Route Changes

The following truck route changes came into effect Friday January 19, 2007.

• Rutland Road N. is no longer a 24 hour truck route and will only be open to truck traffic from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Highway 97 to Highway 33 is the night time alternative.
  
  
• Burtch Rd., north of Highway 97, will no longer be a truck route.
  
  
• Bernard Avenue is no longer a truck route.
  
  
• Spall Road, from Highway 97 to Clement Avenue, will be a 24 hour truck route.
  
  
• The Clement Avenue extension (formerly known as the Central Okanagan Bypass) is a 24 hour truck route.
  
  All other routes remain unchanged.
  
  New truck route maps can be downloaded from the City of Kelowna website just click on the Maps icon and look under Transportation Maps.
