Thunderstorms possible

Thunderstorms could roll through the Okanagan later today.

The latest forecast from Environment Canada calls for the likelihood of showers with the risk of a thunderstorm both this afternoon and into the evening.

Winds are expected to reach 20 to 30 km/h depending on the region, but will dissipate as the evening wears on.

Sunshine is expected to return Wednesday before clouds and rain roll in later in the evening.

It's expected to be cool and wet through Saturday evening.
