Mystery notes left behind

A group of mystery do-gooders spammed a Kelowna grocery store with sticky notes.

Employees at the Glenmore IGA walked into work Thursday morning to find colourful notes with cheerful messages.

“At some point before we closed, a group of people must have come in and plastered all these notes all over our store,” said deli manager Oddie Robie.

The notes said things such as: “Be awesome" and "Be kind to others.”

Robie said they were all over the store, and staff have no idea who did it.

“We stuck them all on our back produce wall. We have them all hanging there,” said Robie.

She said the notes brought a smile to everyone’s face, and they want to say thank you to the people who are responsible.
