Need dental work done for your child, but can't afford it?
Creekside Dental is offering to provide free dental work for about 100 children, Saturday, March 30.
"Everyone here at Creekside Dental (is) so excited about the upcoming free children’s dentistry day. We are trying to see about 100 kids, and all treatment provided that day will be at no cost as a way for us to give back to the community," Creekside's website reveals.
If you are interested, there are certain criteria that need to be met:
- Care is restricted to children under the age of 12.
- It is based on an income threshold chosen by Creekside Dental in an attempt to select those who need the free dental care the most.
Interested candidates are asked to email [email protected].
You are asked to include the required financial information and a short essay outlining why your child should be selected, and include a photo as well.
