Group wants 33-floor tower

Mission Group has submitted its development permit application for the next phase of the Bernard Block in downtown Kelowna.

The City of Kelowna has already approved construction of the 25-storey Brooklyn tower on the former Bargain Shop property, and now Mission Group will attempt to get approval for a 33-storey residential tower and a 13-storey office tower it wants to put on the site.

All three buildings will be located on Bernard Avenue, between St. Paul and Bertram Streets.
