Car inferno in McKinley

Firefighters and police officers responded to a car fire early Sunday morning in Lake Country.

A Castanet reader captured video of the inferno that happened just after 1 a.m.

Kelowna firefighters were alerted but did not attend as the fire occurred outside of their boundary on Glenmore Road in the McKinley area.

Castanet has reached out to firefighters in Lake Country for more details.

It is not known if the fire was suspicious or if anyone was injured.
