Canada's favourite stoner will be visiting the Valley today.
Tommy Chong, who rose to fame with marijuana-infused movies like Up In Smoke with bud buddy Cheech Marin, will be at at a legalization party hosted by Diablo Nutrients and Quick Grow Kelowna.
The legendary toker and outspoken marijuana activist, will be at Quick Grow Kelowna from 5-9 p.m.
Chong co-wrote and performed on many Cheech & Chong albums and appeared in all of the Cheech and Chong movies.
He is well known for his pro-pot stance and told TMZ that he has been anticipating legalization for some time now.
Chong told the celebrity gossip TV show he will attending celebrations in Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna.
On Oct. 17, Canada became only the second country in the world to fully legalize the plant.
