Greyhound depot on market

Kelowna’s Greyhound building can be yours for the low, low price of $6 million.

The property at 2366 Leckie Rd. features a more than 9,000-square-foot building on two acres. It is situated in a prime business location, near major shopping retailers like Kelowna Central Park, Canadian Tire, Costco and Safeway. And, it's only one block from Orchard Park Shopping Centre.

Greyhound announced earlier this year it would cease operations in Western Canada as of Oct. 31, so it will be vacating the building by the end of the year.

HM Commercial Group, which is licensed by Macdonald Realty Kelowna, is handling the sale.
