Police swarmed a house on a quiet residential street in Southeast Kelowna Wednesday night.
Castanet readers say they watched as police cruisers rushed to Diamond Road and Stewart Road East.
“Everyone there was outside in handcuffs,” said one neighbour.
RCMP confirm that a search warrant was executed at a home on Stewart Road East in relation to an ongoing criminal investigation.
“There was a uniformed officer posted outside for quite some time afterwards,” said the tipster.
No further information on the reason for the search warrant has been provided.
