Kelowna's Knox Mountain Drive will open up further this weekend.
However, Kasugai Garden Park will be partially closed.
With temperatures consistently above freezing, Knox Mountain Drive will open up to the second lookout on Saturday. The gate to the first lookout opened on April 3.
The road to the top of the park is open to vehicles 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and noon to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
Starting Wednesday, Kasugai Gardens will experience partial closures for maintenance as cedar shakes on the walls surrounding the park are replaced. The work will continue until May 4.
Construction areas will be cordoned off.
The Japanese-style gardens symbolize Kelowna's sister-city relationship with Kasugai, Japan.
