UPDATE: 10 a.m.
North Westside Fire Rescue rushed out in their boat Monday morning to look at a landslide on Okanagan Lake after this photograph was published on Castanet.
Crews have confirmed the landslide first happened last year, but fresh material has likely collapsed.
"There was a little bit of clouding in the water there, so that is probably some fresh material coming down from this year," said Jason Satterthwaite with North Westside Fire Rescue.
Crews are currently trying to get a hold of a caretaker living on a property near the slide.
“We are trying to get a hold of the caretaker of the property and confirm with him that nothing major has changed from last year," he said.
Anyone with information can contact NWFR at 250-545-1195.

A photograph captured from the sky over Okanagan Lake shows a large landslide slumped into the lake.
Barb Buchanan took the photograph on Sunday as she was flying near Fintry.
“I don’t know when that happened or what, but we were flying over Okanagan Lake and saw that,” she said.
The location seems to be near structures, but it is not clear if any were impacted.
“That is interesting with all the flooding going on," she said.
Buchanan said the location is just after Lake Okanagan Resort but south of Fintry.
