A handful of police vehicles have been parked outside an apartment building in Rutland on Sunday.

Residents living near the building, located on Taylor Road, have noticed at least three police cruisers since 7:30 a.m.

“Another cruiser came by and left, just starting to see some officers leave the building,” said a neighbour.
