Man flashes teens: police

Kelowna RCMP are looking for a man who allegedly exposed himself to two teenagers.

Police responded to reports of an indecent act on Sept. 8, just after 7 p.m., on Rutland Road.

Two teenagers provided detailed statements to investigators. 

“After striking up a conversation with the two youths, the suspect allegedly exposed himself and offered each of the girls an undisclosed amount of cash,” says Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey. “Both girls reportedly told the man 'no,' at which time he left the area without further incident.”

Police were looking for a male suspect who arrived in the area on a black motorcycle.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, in his late twenties to early thirties, average height and weight, with strawberry blonde hair and beard. He was wearing a black Harley-Davidson T-shirt and dark-coloured pants.
