Charges have been laid against a Kelowna man in connection with a stabbing incident Sunday night.
Ken Maurice Butler, 31, has been charged with one count of attempted murder.
Police at the time confirmed they responded to a stabbing, believed to be in retaliation for an assault on a woman earlier that evening in West Kelowna.
Butler, who has no prior criminal record, remains in police custody.
He is scheduled to appear in a Kelowna courtroom Wednesday morning for a bail hearing.
