The local Boys and Girls Club branch annual Christmas 50/50 raffle is up and running, offering a cash prize while fundraising for local kids.
According to the organization, proceeds raised from the Boys and Girls Club of Kamloops 50/50 will go towards the branches Youth Christmas Dinner.
Last year, the local branch said it served dinner 55 youth and gave them a Christmas gift. Due to increase in demand, Boys and Girls Club of Kamloops said it will need to host two dinners this year to accommodate everyone in need.
Two tickets can be bought for $10, with five-ticket packs going for $15 and 10-ticket packs offered for $20.
There are 6,750 tickets available for sale.
Entrants must be 19 or older and be within B.C. when purchasing tickets. Sales close on Nov. 30 at midnight, with a draw date of Dec. 2 at 1 p.m.
