Line of people waiting for pre-sale of Trillium tower suites
People have been lined up since 2 a.m. to be first for the sales launch of Trillium – the first tower to be constructed in the new City Gardens development in Kamloops.
Pre-sales of suites in the tower started Saturday at 10 a.m. and the Kelson Group posted to a social media that people showed up at the site eight hours early.
City Gardens said the suites would be available at pre-sale pricing only on Saturday, and would be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The two towers will have nearly 300 apartment units between them and they'll be the tallest buildings in Kamloops, with one being 20 floors and the other 24 storeys.
The build is expected to be complete by 2028.
