According to the City of Kamloops, Rogers Way will be closed this weekend to traffic between 1250 and 1285 Rogers Way (Tim Hortons and the Coast Hotel). The suggested detour route is via Hugh Allan Drive.
The City of Kamloops is warning drivers about a planned road closure this weekend in Aberdeen.
According to the city, Rogers Way will be closed Saturday and Sunday in the 1200-block — between the Coast Kamloops Hotel and the Tim Hortons on the corner of Rogers Way and Hugh Allan Drive.
The closure is to allow crews to do utility work in the area. Construction is expected to take place between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., but work is dependant on weather.
Transit Route 7 will be detoured via Pacific Way and Hillside Drive, the city said.
