Black truck crashed into electrical pole, 2300-block Tranquille Road
Tranquille Road between Windbreak and Schreiner is closed to the public as emergency crews respond to a vehicle collision involving an electrical pole.
Kamloops Fire Rescue responded to the crash on the 2300-block of Tranquille Road just before 1:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon, where a truck drove into an electrical pole.
BC Hydro is on scene and a KFR crew member told Castanet Kamloops the wires were still live, and being held up by the damaged pole.
The road is open to local traffic only and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
